Where and how is your jewelry made?
Everything is handmade from design to production in our 1-woman atelier based in Brussels.
How long it takes to make a jewel after purchase ?
The production of a jewel takes approx. 3-4 weeks, depending the model, gemstone and finish you selected.
For custom jewelry, after deposit, the jewel takes approx. 4-6 weeks of production depending on the complexity of your piece.
The jewelry I wanted is 'out of stock', how do I do ?
All pieces are made-to-order. This means that all items on the e-shop can always be made available. However, as we work with natural materials, some gemstone colors might be no longer available. When a piece you like is 'sold out', we recommend contacting us.
I don't know my ring size, how do I do ?
We have a 'Ring size Chart' to help you find your ring size, using one of your ring as a reference, click here.
My ring size is not available, how do I do ?
No Problem, we can make it to measure for you. Please note that is then considered as a custom piece and is no longer refundable nor exchangeable.
I've mistaken my ring size, can I return it ?
Yes, if it's a size available on the e-shop (50,52,54,56). If your ring has been resized especially for you, this one is considered as a custom made piece and then is no longer refundable nor exchangeable. Please refer to our T&C for more info here.

Which payment method are accepted ?
You can pay using Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free delivery for all orders above €250. For shipment in Belgium, the cost is €10, for Netherland, Germany and France is € 20 per package of 2kg. If you wish to order from another country, we'll do our best to make it possible by contact us here.
How long is the shipping?
In Belgium, it takes 1-3 working days for delivery the shipment. Fort Netherland, Germany and France, it takes 3-7 working days. In case it takes longer than expected, we will contact you immediately.
How do I follow my shipping order?
Once your order is sent, you will receive an email with the tracking link, in order to follow your parcel in real time. If you need more info, contact us here.

I didn't get my order confirmation?
We recommend checking your spam folder. If you still don't see it, contact us here.
Can I change my mind about my order?
You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange the item(s). The package must be returned in perfect condition. Please note that custom piece or resized ring cannot be return or exchange.
