1 Let's Begin the Conversation
Our process starts with a conversation. Share your initial ideas or requirements with us via email or phone.

2 We Bring Your Vision to Life
 Once we have all the information, we begin illustrating your ideas. This creative process typically takes 1-2 weeks. As sourcing specialists, we can also find unique gemstone options to match your requirements.

3 The Magic of Craftsmanship
When you're satisfied with the design and our gemstone selection, we'll ask for a 50% deposit to initiate the crafting process. Creating your custom jewel takes approximately 4-6 weeks. We're delighted to share images of your jewel being meticulously handcrafted in our atelier.

4 Embrace Your Jewel
 Once your jewel is ready, we'll provide you with a video or images showcasing the final piece. Upon receiving the remaining 50% balance, your very own jewel will be securely shipped to you.
